WHAT IS WINDOWS?

What is Windows? Windows the backbone or main source of running the computer, without windows nothing will work or run. Think of a car without a engine, without it the car can't run start just like a computer without an operating system. The computer wouldn't be able to start up without windows. Windows is the backbone for all computers.

WHAT IS A WEB BROWSER?

What is a website or web address? A web address is a place where you can go to find all kinds of information or buy things. The most common web addresses end with .com, info, biz, or net. Web Addresses usually start out like HTTP://WWW.SAMPLE.COM or like HTTP://SAMPLE.COM. There are literally billions of websites found all over the web or internet. How to type in a web address is very simple. Just double click on any web browser and you will a long white line that usually has already something like this HTTP://WWW.SAMPLE.COM. All you do is type in it's place your web address, just make sure that you include www after the http:// and make sure that you end it with a .com and then hit the enter or return key. 

WHAT IS A EMAIL?

 Email is like regular mail you get through the post office everyday except that It's on your computer rather then coming from the post office or by UPS or FEDEX or by some other delivery method. You can get your email from all types of devices like Tablets, cell phones, or even video game consoles that have access to the internet as well as tv's that are internet connectable. You read email just like your regular mail only except on your computer, phone, TV, or other devices. Right now email is free but lawmakers are trying to make email not free that you will have to pay to send/receive email. We may have to some day all pay for using email. There all different kinds or types of email, like Yahoo Mail, Gmail, or Programs that you can download to get your email rather then having it on your computer. Gmail and Yahoo Mail both services require the use of the internet to get email. There are however other websites that offer email on the internet but most of them you have to pay to get the email. Microsoft also has a program called outlook that is very good and yet simple to use. There are websites that offer free email omline and also offer premium services If you need more storage for your email. Some or all only give you about 2GB or less of free storage for email. An email usually looks like this SAMPLE@SAMPLE.COM.

What is the Internet? The Internet is a Library of all sorts of information. Think of it as your own personal library whatever you looking for It will be found on the Internet. If your looking for say Information about 1870's Baseball just type It in the search box and you will see instant results just click on the links below and It will take you to the website. Now If it says not found then that means that its no longer in service as a website.
